Mortgages and Protection for clients in Southern England
Borrow what your income really supports, even if the high street has already turned you down!
MORTGAGES
Most mortgages fail because the applicant went to the wrong borrower. It’s about the lender reading your income properly. We know which lenders accept second jobs, overtime, dividends, bonuses, maitenance, universal credit and benefits so you can borrow what your income actually justifies, not what a salary calculator allows. We build the case around your specific circumstances and place it with the right lender having assessed it properly.
SL&M Ltd is genuinely independent offering our clients mortgages from the whole of the market with access to lenders that are not directly available to the public.
PROTECTION
The mortgage is only half the plan, protecting it is just as important as getting it. We arrange the right cover so that whatever happens, you and your family stay financially secure.
We work with a range of insurers to find cover that fits your budget without compromising on what matters. No off the shelf solutions everything is built around your circumstances.
Life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection insurance or a combination of all three. We’ll walk you through the options in plain language and help you decide what’s right for you.
